If the software is using a custom way to configure and set up printers, then check the built-in documentation. You'll find more info there since nothing can be found on the web or any of the available search engines. I've looked through the available pages and links, but nothing could be found.
Since this is a financial application, I suspect that it's using a different printer that requires additional configuration.
