Sending info from Ideal Business Pro 2.0 to cash registers.

I am having trouble sending information to both cash registers. It goes to #2 but doesn't upload to #1. I get a message saying "incomplete : check ECR FDS". It tells me to rectify the file structure. How do I do that?

The Ideal ECR Pro appears to be an old application that doesn't benefit from online support. I've checked the official website, and the only thing close to Ideal ECR Pro is Idealpos 7. They have an online user guide that you can access to see if there is any resemblance.

Additionally, check the internal usage guide of Ideal ECR Pro because there could be the details to overcome this issue.

And finally, get in touch with the developers, because if you're using an old application, they might offer you a plan to upgrade since you're a customer after all.
