Wacebo Teachboard - technical .

Question

In my classroom I have a Teachboard and unfortunately the technician that installed it does not know how to get it working. The Teachboard was a gift to my school and it is a brand that my school does not know of. With the Teachboard there was only a manual on how to physically install it but no instructions on how to make it work. The technician tried his best but was unsuccessful. We don't know how to calibrate it. Plus the rapid touch keys (images on the side of the board) don't work. When you touch them a light turns on but nothing else happens.

Can someone please explain what I can do?
