You need to meet the requirements of the application to be able to run it on your version of Windows. However, I see that you've tried to run the 2013 version while there is a new version (2016) available for downloading for 32 and 64bit.
Note: I hope you have a very fast PC, because at the end of the installation, the software will verify all the installed files (~1200) and it takes a very long time.
