I want to install Mercury Scanner 2400CU PRO II Driver on my computer.

The only drivers I've found are the ones listed on the developer's website. The latest Windows version supported by the driver is Windows 7 which means that you will have full support for Windows 7 operating system, but based on my experience with drivers I can say that you'll have the possibility to install on newer operating systems as well.
