It's impossible to say if this is compatible or not with Windows 10 since the official website doesn't provide anything about it. The Student version isn't listed as being available, only the Academic one.
If you have the software, the only thing you can do is to try to install it using compatibility mode (right click on file, then Properties > Compatibility).
