ReadyToPrint Organizer crashed.

Question

Ready to Print Organizer has stopped working. I entered 10 addresses upon initial download then it refused any additional entries. I contacted the web site because my old key would not work and I received a new one. Entered that and continued entering address data without further problems, sent a confirmation to you. Program was turned off during shut down at end of day. This morning I cannot turn on program. The "ReadyToPrint Organizer has stopped working" appears when I try to open.

"A problem has caused program to stop working correctly. Windows will close program and notify you if a solution available".

Then I click close program. Unable to do anything else because the program keeps running or it's looking for a fix continually for several minutes. Any suggestions or do I have redownload a new program? Already entered about 80 addresses so far.

The program's errors could be caused by other applications installed on your PC or because something was uninstalled correctly. Sometimes when you uninstall a program, things break because certain common files that are stored in the System32 are deleted. Those files are also used by other products installed. This could be one cause. The other is a virus infection. Install an antivirus product and scan your computer. In 99% of the cases, viruses corrupt executable files making it impossible to run them again.
