Where can I find Bluetool for download?

I need this toll in order to establish a DTM link to my BLE device. I have understood that this Bluetool SW from Broadcom can do this. Attempting to find and download has yielded me here and yet I can't find the software.

It appears that no version of Bluetool is available for downloading. I've checked the Broadcom page and related download pages where this software was mentioned. Only PDF guides are available that provide instructions on how to flash various firmware or configure settings for the supported devices.

This is the only thing close to the BlueTool. Based on my knowledge and experience with such situations, I believe that the tool is either discontinued or available only for certain users.
