I've seen that the Archtics Ticketing System is discontinued. However, there is no way to gain access to this systems publicly as they are not free and they're only used in organizations. However, if you have access to the email, then look for all the emails you need and remove them like you would remove a normal email, only that you will be asked to confirm this procedure.
