Licence username and password is not working.

Hello!

On 27.09.2005 a license for CVista PdfCompressor 3.1 Professional Edition was bought. Recently my office had to change my computer and so I wanted to download the program again, but the license username and password that was given to us are not working, so I can't download the program.

I used this address for download: http://www.cvisiontech.us/download/pdfpro/v31/ns/PdfCompressorProNSComm_3_1.exe

Please let me know what should I do in this case. Thanks!

The link you have provided above is protected with a login form which I believe is used to download a registered version of the software since on the main page there is no download link available.

You should use your credentials to access the protected content. Any issues that you have with the username and password should be addressed to the developers of the application at the following address: http://www.cvisiontech.com/about/general/contact.html
