I've checked the application and the manuals for this application, but it's nowhere specified about the supported Windows versions. Which means that the version you have is not compatible with Windows 10 operating system. I recommend running the application in compatibility mode. Right click the installation package and then go to Properties > Compatibility. Select Windows 7 from the list and tick the Run as Administrator option.
