Technical questions about TimeKeeper.

Can I have more information on this software? Could this be used on board a vessel to enter Rest Hour as per ILO Standards? On how many computers can be used. For workforce, we have 20 crew. What is the cost of this software?

It's impossible to obtain the necessary details about this application because no website could be found. I've checked all the possible websites, but couldn't find anything about this and the mentioned developer.

There are some TimeKeeper applications listed through Google, but I don't think they're the same thing or have the same functionality as TimeKeeper does.
