This software isn't available anymore which makes it impossible to provide information about it and if it supports the things you've mentioned in the question above. I've also look for software and alternatives that you can use to generate reports from the Millon Clinical Multi-Axial Inventory III, but didn't find anything. I recommend checking the software's features because this function might already be available. Go to Help > Contents and use the Search function to look for Export.
