You will have to contact the sellers of the application because you are entitled to a 60 day refund in case the software is not working or you don't want it anymore. Also, check the SPAM folder of your email that you used to purchase application.

Sometimes these mails with registration data are captured by the SPAM filters.

If you've paid with PayPal, open a dispute to get the money back.
