Version 4, as it's specified on the official release notes, is listed as being compatible with the following versions of Windows: Microsoft Windows 98se, Windows Me, Windows 2000, or Windows XP.
As you can see, there isn't even Windows 7 support, and Windows 10 is out of the question. So no, the version 1/2 of the software is not compatible with Windows 10. I don't think you can run it in this operating system even if you install a virtual machine and then have Windows XP in that machine.
