This software doesn't appear to be available for downloading anymore which makes it very hard to say if it supports template saving in order to create backups. The first place to look for information is in the Help section. In most of the cases, you have all the details regarding the supported features available within the application.
Additionally, go to File > Save or File > Export. Sometimes, there two functions allow you to save or export content from the application.
