The problem with the EZ Converter is related to availability. The software doesn't appear to be available for downloading which makes it impossible to say what are the supported file types that it can open. The same goes for compatibility with the Simplicity Silk 403 device.
I've used all the embroidery websites in hope to find the applications, but there is nothing available.
