Don't know how to take the data from Bilevel Auto S.

Question

I inserted the SD card into the machine and I opened the software, then machine is defined with the software, but every time, when I am trying to transfer the data, it gives 0 minute. So can you, please, tell me, how can I get the data from the SD card, the machine is not recorded?

There are no tutorials or at least some details for this procedure. However, I strongly recommend to read the internal Help documentation because sometimes it can give you a simple overview about the whole procedure. There is always the chance for missing something when you transfer the files on the SDcard, and that's why is recommended to take advantage of the help documentation. Go to Help > Contents or access the installation directory and look for PDF or CHM files.
