Unfortunately the skaDoogle site is not available anymore in its original form. I've tried to access it in its pure form, but a new website is displayed instead that has no real connection to the skaDoogle. In this case, I can confirm that the service is discontinued and no information can be obtained further.
I've also searched for an alternative, but it seems there is nothing available.
