I don't think there is Ctled application available for Mac. In fact, I believe the software has been discontinued from production. I've searched on various websites listed through Google website and websites in Chinese (that's where the software appears to be hosted), but I couldn't find anything about it.
I am afraid that you will have to find something else, because this application doesn't exist anymore or if it does exist, it's for private use without any public downloading.
