No, the software is not compatible with Windows 10. I've checked the user guide files avialable on the official website, but there is nothing mentioned about Windows 10.
You can install the Server and the Client on the following versions of Windows: Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows 2000, and Windows XP.
On Windows 10, you can use Compatibility Mode, but given the fact that it supports those versions of Windows, it's unlikely possible that it will run on Windows 10 or not.
