Every website and update that I've seen is in English language and the update procedures as well. There is nowhere anything mentioned about the Czech language. You should updated to the latest version of the software and then check in the Settings to see if the Czech language is supported or not.
Also, the updates for this application are pretty hard to find. I've checked various forums, but everywhere I've seen locked downloads and payments methods.
