This software has been long discontinued and the development stopped. You won't find a version compatible with the today's standards. Besides, there are plenty applications out there that can be used as replacements to Claris Home Page. I've searched for an update, but as I've said, there isn't one available. Plus, there is no HTML editor with the Google Tracking. I believe you have to add the code by yourself after you generate it from your account on the Google supported service.
