I got a new phone and tried to download Mobile Experience, but it said that there was not enough room left in the app for me to download. Can you please explain why? I do not want to lose all my points that I have already which is like 2000 points.
The software requires a certain amount of free space in order to install it. You have to uninstall the apps you don't need through Settings > Applications > All and then retry the installation on your mobile. On the old phone, attach an account or connect with a supported service, then after you manage to install it, restore the account along with the points as well.
