This application is sold by a major car company, and based on my experience, the support is provided by the reseller / distributor or authorized persons which means you should contact them if you want to change the email add.
However, before doing that, go to Help > Contents and use the Search function to locate the instructions on how to do it. In case you don't find that, simply contact the reseller/distributor of the software. As far as I know, they offer support when it's about these products.
