Why can't I uninstall this software?

This came along with what I thought were drivers for a digital photo frame, which still does not work. I am not signing up for whatever this is and I want it off of my computer! uninstall says ""There was a problem starting C:\PROGRA~2\COMMON~1\INSTAL~1\engine\6\INTEL3~1\ctor.dll. The specified module could not be found." On both Vista and 10.

The file that is required to start the uninstallation process is missing, therefore you see that message. Luckily, there are plenty applications that can force uninstall it without leaving a trace on your PC.

The most common apps you can use are:

• Geek Uninstaller: http://geekuninstaller.software.informer.com/
• Revo Uninstaller: http://revo-uninstaller.software.informer.com/

Install one of these, then start it and locate the software in the list. Right click it and choose Force Uninstall, then follow the instructions.
