I've searched for this application, but it doesn't appear to be available anymore or at least there is no website configured to offer support for this software. You will have to use the built-in help section in order to find out about the levels you have mentioned above, because Google doesn't offer anything about it.
Go to Help > Contents and then switch to the Search tab and type levels. If you want to get in touch with developers, go to Help > About and note all the cotact information.
