BP Whiting Refinery - Customized-reports.

Question

Having trouble putting together the criteria from separate tables into one customized report. I work well with written directions if you could send them to me or direct me to the step by step process to get our end product.

Also, if there is a YouTube tutorial on the reporting criteria, that would be fabulous.

All the documents and manuals for this application are locked, meaning that I as a public user don't have permission to access it which means they're available only for customers or through the Customer Service.
