This is a strange behavior and sometimes simply happens because the software is configured to give these errors or it could also be considered as an anomaly. To close all the available windows or if that ever happens again, press CTRL + SHIFT + Escape, then switch to the Processes tab and identify the BeyondCopy process. Force close that service and all the Windows should close as well.
