Is the Business Element Manager 60.3.0 compatible with Windows 10? Please provide a link from a business' website (preferable an official vendor).
You can download the application through the link posted below, but it's uncertain if it will run on Windows 10 or not. To be sure, you will have to use Run as Administrator when starting the installation procedure.
I've installed the software as I specified above and everything completed without errors and the program starts just fine.
