Since I didn't find anything about it, I recommend applying a compatibility tweak. To do this, right click the main file (executable/shortcut) and then go to Properties > Compatibility. Select Windows XP from the list and tick the Run as Administrator option. Go back to desktop or where the file is stored and launch the software. It should work this way or fail completely which should mean that the product you're trying to use is not compatible with Windows 10.
