The error is caused by the recent installation of Windows 10. When you've installed Windows 10, the registry hive has been deleted as well and the old installation settings were deleted again, that's why the software now refuses to work. You should have backed up the REG file and then reinstall the Windows operating system.
Now, to make the software work, a new installation is necessary, then perform the backup and in the event you will have to reinstall Windows 10 again, the REG needs to be applied and the software will work from its location.
To backup the registry items, go to Start > Run > regedit and expand the
HKEY_Local_Machine > Software. Locate the company that developers the ZK Attendance Management, right click it and choose Export. Save the REG file in the installation directory of the software just to be sure.
