Criminal record look-up app.

I live in a gated community that has a public golf course within. Players come daily and have 4 to 5 hours to play 18 holes while moving freely and without any supervision around the neighborhood. We are concerned about our children's safety. We want to have a software that allows security at the main gate to look up criminal records of players on the spot based on finger print and driver's license. Any player with a criminal record will be denied access. Let me know if your service can provide this information in real time and the cost. I estimate between 10 and 60 people would be checked daily.

This application is using a database of approximately 150 million records or at least this is the number they say it supports, but the database doesn't have criminal records that are sealed which somehow makes it useless.

You can also try a site like Backgrounddigger they may have what your looking for. Not sure if its based where you can lookup finger printing or license, but probably by name.
