I cannot make a selection of files for transfer without ticking all files individually.

Question

Using Photofun Studio 8.3 PE and Windows 10, I cannot make a selection of files for transfer from a memory stick without ticking each file individually. Is there some way to make this selection in an easier way? If I want to make a selection using the program once the files are transferred, for example in order to move the files to a new folder, then I can use SHIFT + LEFT CLICK to select a series or CTRL + LEFT CLICK to make a random selection, but this doesn't appear to work when using a memory stick.

The PhotoFUNStudio application is bundled with various devices. You can't download and install it, therefore it's impossible for me to simulate the same error that you have. However, there are two situations for this:

1. The software is bugged and you should apply an update to increase its functionality.

   • You can download updates from the official website: http://av.jpn.support.panasonic.com/support/global/cs/soft/download/index.html

2. The feature that you want to use isn't implemented for this version or it actually doesn't work for files on the memory stick.
