Dylos logger 6.1 software users' rights

I have installed the software, but have found that it only installs for specific users. I would like to know if this software can be installed for all users? This is a school district where students are using the software and the devices that plug into the computer and talk to the software. Please help. Thank you!

You probably have version 1.6 because there is no software called Dylos Logger having version 6.1. I've located the official website and installed the version 2.0 of the software using normal Administrator access, then switched to another user and launched the software and it simply works without any other tweaks or settings.
