No, the software isn't supported on the Windows 10 operating system. I've seen some websites detailing the necessary requirements for a laptop to run the software and Windows 10 was not among the required operating systems.

Secondly, you could try to apply a Compatibility setting through right click Troubleshoot Compatibility or Properties > Compatibility. Select a previous version of Windows from the list and then you can try running the software with the new settings.

Thanks for your reply. I tried it and still nothing. I can get the viewer to open but am receiving the IE Active X warning. Have allowed all use and changed the Internet Options Active X settings as well. Nothing. Sales is now telling me that GE is pushing the PACS system due to HIPPA conformity. Some offices don't want to switch to or invest in DICOM SW. Inter Linq has been recommended, will look into it, but many practices don't need the expense or additional steps with specialty SW.

I appreciate your help and advice!

Hey Alex,

I didn't register prior to my reply and it came up with a Guest name that isn't mine. No idea how that got attached to my message. Gave him some points anyway, undeserved.

My mention of Inter Linq was incorrect. It's Ultra Linq and it's Cloud based software. All about HIPPA compliance now. Hopefully our reading docs won't mind using an older OS. Most still have XP or 7, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this doesn't become a problem before GE finds a resolution or update to the Mpegvue viewer SW. Thanks again...
