I can only get the operating panel to display if I reload the software. If I stop it and start it in normal mode, the TelRecorder shows as running in the task list, but I can't access the recording list.
You will have to contact the developers of the application, because there is no troubleshooting guide, system requirements, manual or download available to test the software.
I've checked their official website and it appears that TelRecorder is on a commercial licence which means it's given to you after the payment it's completed.
