The only error that appears on Google Search and has that error number is related to a database issue. However, I don't think this has anything to do with IDTel and is more likely to be a local issue. Since the software doesn't appear on any of the websites checked, go on with what the software is saying and get in touch with the Computhink developers. I've also checked their website, and it seems they're developing other products now, but there is a method to contact them.
