Is the software source original or modified? How is the integrity of downloaded software (if an option) protected? Are there any publicly known vulnerabilities? How is the software provenance verified (i.e. any checksums or signatures)? Which open source software (if any) is used? How are patches distributed? How frequently are major versions released?

The SOM Process Designer was developed by the IMC, however, IMC doesn't appear to be in the business anymore, therefore it's impossible to answer those questions since no official website is found. The only thing you can do is to get in touch with the ones where the software still appears, which is HP Corporation. I've used some search queries on Google and found out that SOM Process Designer appears on the HP website.

Use the following website to access the Support page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/contact.html

If the software is still available, a technician should provide all the necessary details.
