Cash / Bank not showing.

Question

I have My Biz Retail Server 3.0.3.2, I'm borrowing from my aunt so I can learn how to use it for my brother bussiness, but I got some problems while trying to create Payment on Acc.Receivable / Acc.Payable the Cash / Bank not showing on New AR / AP Payment but on search or filter Cash/Bank is showing up. If there is already an answer I'm sorry in advance for asking, but I find it hard to Google the solution.

If the software has been installed on your PC, then go to Help and read about all the available documentation. In some cases you have to prepare the software for certain operations which means you have done something wrong that needed to be done in a different way, that's why the error or the lack of information.

Study the documentation first and you'll see that the software will work just fine as it is.
