Question

I have tried installing Excel Launchpad on Windows 10 with Excel 2007, but it doesn't add the Open in New Window option to the menu.

The software needs to make some changes in the registry in order to add that menu. To give access to the application, right click the setup package and then right click it. Select Run as Administrator and then continue with the installation process. Once installed, it should appear in the right click menu on Excel files.

Also, Net Framework is required to be installed on your PC.
