I've checked the application and I didn't see anywhere mentioned about TD Waypoints, but after some extensive searching I've come to conclusion that it supports this conversion. As you can see in the image below, the TD waypoint should be defined with the Vertical units as well.
If you have the software, check the other tabs available within the main interface.
