The TrainerSoft is now known as Outstart Trainer. I've tried to download the latest version, but after I fill the form, it leads me to a 500 page error which is an error given by the HTTP server. Therefore, I can't say exactly if it will be compatible with the files you have created some time ago. Secondly, as I tried in many apps before, use the current one and check its Import features because it might be possible to use that function to bring back old content, then you can save it to new format and continue using it.
