Trying to use my Java-release (QJA100.282) on the Eclipse and I've got an error. Maybe this release is outdated? Is a newer version available?

I've searched using the term you've provided, but nothing comes up in the search results or on any of the known websites. Therefore, the only thing I can recommend is the update for both of Java SDK and Eclipse:
