Production machine with Teleservicenet Cisco Client has been moved to a new location and new network. The application fails to connect. What reconfiguration needs carrying out? If you are unable to answer can you please redirect me to customer support. Thanks, Dave!

The TeleServiceNet CClient is listed as being developed by HOMAG. I've checked their website and it appears that the software you've mentioned appears in an article. However, there are no other documents related to this.
