I've been running Tray Status. There's an upgrade that I'm trying to install, but it is telling me to close Tray Status. How do I do that?

You can stop the application in two different modes:

  • Turning off the the software using Services: Start > Run > services.msc and locate the TrayStatus service. Right click it and then select Properties and click Stop.

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + Escape and switch to Processes. Locate the process in the list and End it then you can apply the upgrade.
