I need a replacement for Address Book 6 that will run on Windows 10.
A good alternative to install on latest Windows versions is Free Address Book application. I've downloaded and installed the application through the official website and then installed it on my PC running Windows 10 x64 and it works just fine. The Address Book 6 by Parsons is no longer updated and maintained.
Note: You can run the application as installer or portable.
