Having issues with SIPROTECA 4.8.

In SIPROTEC4.8, protection displays a "Timeout Message quite exceeded". I can not seem to settle it.

I've checked various websites, but I couldn't find anything about this application and its errors. However, a timeout message may indicate a network problem. Check your Internet connection, and disable any firewall you have installed on your PC or add the application to the Exclusion list.
