Card Collector 7.0 CD update.

I ordered my Card Collector 7.0 CD update on April 2, 2016 and received confirmation that my order was received, but I have not yet received the CD. When I called, they said Beckett bought out the software and that they would get back to me. I have emailed Beckett customer service twice since my call, and I have not received a response. Please let me know if you can help.

Only the developer/seller has the possibility to check the status of your order because they have access to these details. The only thing I can recommend is to keep contacting them until they respond or if the product doesn't arrive in a timely manner, issue a refund.

Based on the payment method used, file a complain so you can get your money back.

I would contact a lawyer, for many have stated they have received no communication from Beckett or Ablesoft. Such a fly by night deal has left many out of 50 bucks or more. Figures Beckett would be behind this in some manner. The have been trying to corner this market for many, years!!
