Problems with SoEcrCom 1.4

I am having some problems with SoEcrCom 1.4, sometime after windows startup, even when the system icon appears(near date/time), it freezes and doesn't communicate with the cash register. How can I fix this? Thank you.

I recommend closing all the background applications before you start the SoEcrCom 1.4 software. For such applications, it's known that in some cases there might be compatibility issues when other software are launched in the background. Go to Start > Run > msconfig then switch to Startup and disable all the other apps that you don't need. Reboot the PC, launch the software as Administrator and check its behaviour, it should work properly.
